Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product please make sure you are completely satisfied with the product prior to use. We cannot accept returns on used candles. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase notify us.

  1. You can return all products within 7 days (from the date you received the items) of the delivery for the exchange or refund. The original bag and label must be intact, not damaged.
  2. For returned items, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have verified your return tracking number or receipt.
  3. We do not accept returned items that you sent directly without consulting us first.
  4. Please do not return directly to the address in the package received. Just send to the address that provided our customer service.
  5. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used to place your order. Wait 24 hours with Paypal and 7-15 business days with a credit or debit card to show your refund.
  6. The original shipping fee and the insurance are not refundable.
  7. Returns will be made at your own cost. Unless we are the ones responsible for the error.
